ASSIST-TRAVEL / TRANSPORT

Transport supports are given to participants who find it difficult travelling on their own without any assistance. 

Support Workers will drive you to your appointment or another place in the community and take you back home when you’re done. Our disability assisted travel and transport services are booked on an ongoing basis, such as a weekly trip to the shops or regular medical appointments.

We provide you with safe, convenient transport, scheduled in advance to help you get to:

• School or another educational facility, work.
• Your doctor or other medical appointments.
• Your local shopping centres.
• Around your community.
• All of our staff have a valid Driver’s License & Police check and valid qualifications to work in this Industry
